2007 Track: Earned two podium finishes at the PSAC Championships, taking eighth in the 5,000 meters in 18:55 and eighth in 11:10 at 3,000 meters... Ran a 10:49.30 in the 3K at the Paul Kaiser Classic at Shippensburg to improve on her PSAC Qualifying time... Took fifth in a time of 10:57 in the 3000 meters at the ESU All-American Meet... Ran a PSAC championship qualifying time of 18:53.28 in the 5K at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic... Took third place in the 5K at the Jim Taylor Invitational in a PSAC qualifying time of 18:46.04... Placed 16th in the 5K at the Fred Hardy Invitational in a time of 19:26.92... Took fifth place in the 1500-meters at the Radford Invitational... In the 3K at the East Challenge Meet, was second in a time of 11:06.32... Ran the 5K in a PSAC-qualifying 19:12.49 at the Armory Meet in New York... Dropped her previous 3,000-meter time to 11:04.14 at the Bucknell Bison Open.

2006 XC: Took 11th place at the Husky Invitational in 24:56... Placed 58th in the Penn State National Invitational... Took 33rd in the PSAC Championships... Finished 34th in the NCAA East Regionals.

2005 XC: Placed sixth overall at the Slippery Rock Invitational finishing with a time of 23:38... Finished 26th at Penn State's Spiked Shoe helping the team to a fourth place overall finish... Placed sixth overall and first among Bloomsburg runners at the Bison Open, finishing in 18:49... Took 12th place at the Lock Haven Invitational to help lead the Huskies to a second place team finish.
